    【摘要】 目的：探讨玉屏风颗粒联合锌剂治疗支气管哮喘的临床效果和对血清炎性因子的影响。方法：选取2018年9月-2020年9月于本院就诊的86例支气管哮喘患儿，按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各43例。两组均接受常规治疗，在此基础上，对照组予以葡萄糖酸锌治疗，观察组采用玉屏风颗粒联合葡萄糖酸锌治疗。比较两组血清炎性因子水平、免疫球蛋白水平和不良反应发生情况。结果：治疗后，观察组白介素-17(IL-17)、C反应蛋白(CRP)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平均低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论：玉屏风颗粒联合锌剂可改善支气管哮喘患儿机体免疫功能，降低气道炎症反应，不增加不良反应发生率。
