营养因素在食管癌中的作用研究进展
陈淼 吴嘉惠 谭淑媛 张汝建【摘要】 食管癌普遍被认为是一种起病隐匿,病情进展较快,预后程度较差的疾病。如何提高食管癌早期防控能力,改善患者预后状况一直是医疗卫生人员研究重点。营养是生物体进行生命活动所必需摄入的食物成分,在人体物质能量的代谢与转换、细胞增殖分化、免疫系统的构建以及抑制组织癌变等方面具有重要作用。该文针对营养因素在食管癌发生发展中的作用,在营养摄入水平、维生素、化学及微量元素等方面展开综述。

[Abstract] Esophageal cancer is generally considered to be a disease with hidden onset, rapid progression, and a poor prognosis. How to improve the ability of early esophageal cancer prevention and improve the prognosis of patients has always been the research focus of medical and health personnel. Nutrition is an indispensable food component that organisms must take in for life activities. It plays an important role in the metabolism and conversion of human body energy, cell proliferation and differentiation, the construction of the immune system, and the inhibition of tissue canceration. This article reviews the role of nutritional factors in the development of esophageal cancer and reviews nutritional intake levels, vitamins, chemicals and trace elements.
