ABC理性情绪疗法联合运动干预对青少年学生焦虑抑郁情绪的影响
梁炜明 胡庆菊 叶颖文 张雪娴 陈漫施【摘要】 目的:探讨ABC理性情绪疗法联合运动干预对青少年学生焦虑抑郁情绪的影响。方法:选取2019年3月-2020年3月本院确诊的40例抑郁症的青少年学生,随机分为对照组和观察组,各20例。对照组采用ABC理性情绪疗法,观察组在对照组的基础上给予运动干预。比较两组干预前及干预后SDS、SAS评分。结果:干预前,两组SAS、SDS评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后,两组SAS、SDS评分均低于干预前,且观察组均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:ABC理性情绪疗法联合运动干预青少年学生焦虑抑郁情绪效果较好,值得在临床中推广使用。
