    【摘要】 偏头痛是临床常见的原发性神经系统疾病，其可严重降低患者的生活质量，大多数患者在偏头痛发作时不能从事日常生活活动。偏头痛的治疗包括发作期治疗和预防期治疗。发作期治疗的目的是快速止痛，持续止痛，减少本次头痛再发;恢复患者的功能;减少医疗资源浪费。预防期治疗用药的治疗目的是减少偏头痛发作的次数和每次发作时的头痛程度，改善患者的生活质量，避免滥用止痛药物导致药源性头痛。现将偏头痛药物治疗现状予以综述。

    [Abstract] Migraine is a clinical common primary nervous system disease， which can seriously reduce the quality of life of patients， most patients in the migraine attack can not engage in daily life activities. The treatment of migraine includes attack period treatment and prevention period treatment. The purpose of the treatment of the attack period is to quickly relieve pain， continue to relieve pain， and reduce the recurrence of the headache， restore the function of the patient， reduce waste of medical resources.
