    【摘要】 目的：探討益气活血汤在慢性肾小球肾炎脾肾气阴两虚兼湿浊的临床疗效及对患者不良反应发生率的影响。方法：选取2018年4月-2020年10月本院收治的142例慢性肾小球肾炎患者为对象，按照随机数字表法将患者分为西药组和治疗组，各71例。西药组采用缬沙坦分散片治疗，治疗组采用缬沙坦分散片联合益气活血汤治疗。比较两组的症候积分、肾损害指标水平及不良反应发生情况。结果：治疗12周后，两组症候积分均低于治疗前(P<0.05);且治疗组治疗12周后的身重困倦、脘腹胀满、食少纳呆、小便赤浊及口中黏腻评分均低于西药组(P<0.05)。两组治疗12周后肾损害指标水平均低于治疗前(P<0.05);且治疗组治疗12周后的ACR、Scr、BUN、α1-MG、UNAG水平均低于西药组(P<0.05)。两组用药期间不良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论：益气活血汤用于慢性肾小球肾炎脾肾气阴两虚兼湿浊患者中，可降低症候积分，减轻肾损害，未且增加不良反应发生率，值得推广应用。
