    【摘要】 结直肠癌(CRC)是一种恶性疾病，预后与结直肠癌的分期密切相关，所以早期诊断是生存的关键。随着精密医学的发展，液体活检已成为检测分子变化和肿瘤异质性的重要工具。近年来，循环肿瘤DNA(ctDNA)以其无创性、方便性、综合性、安全性等特点受到越来越多的关注。本文就ctDNA在CRC诊断、监测及预后方面的临床作用做一综述。

    [Abstract] Colorectal cancer (CRC) is a malignant disease， and the prognosis is closely related to the stage of colorectal cancer， so early diagnosis is the key to survival. With the development of precision medicine， liquid biopsy has become an important tool for detecting molecular changes and tumor heterogeneity. In recent years， circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) has received more and more attention due to its non-invasiveness， convenience， comprehensiveness， and safety. This article reviews the clinical role of ctDNA in the diagnosis， monitoring and prognosis of CRC.
