    [Abstract] Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of Tiotropium Bromide inhalation adjuvant therapy in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and its effect on airway resistance. Method： A total of 134 COPD patients admitted to our hospital from February 2018 to January 2021 were selected as the study subjects. The patients were divided into control group and observation group by random drawing， 67 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were given Doxotheophylline Injection on the basis of conventional treatment， and the observation group was given Tiotropium Bromide Inhaled Powder Aerosol on the basis of the control group， both groups were given continuous medication for 2 weeks. Clinical efficacy， lung function indexes， changes in peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets， airway resistance and the incidence of adverse reactions in two groups were compared.
