    [Abstract] Objective： To investigate the effect of unicondylar replacement and total knee arthroplasty in medial tibiofemoral arthritis and the influence on VAS score. Method： A total of 66 patients with medial tibiofemoral arthritis admitted in our hospital from March 2017 to May 2019 were selected as the research objects， and the patients were divided into the control group (n=33) and the study group (n=33) according to the different treatment methods. The control group underwent total knee arthroplasty， and the study group underwent unicondylar arthroplasty. The related clinical indicators， VAS score， quality of life score， and knee American Hospital of Special Surgery HSS score (HSS score) were compared between two groups.
