    [Abstract] Objective： To explore the effect of narrow band ultraviolet B combined with CO2 lattice laser in the treatment of localized vitiligo on the adverse reactions and quality of life of patients. Method： A total of 110 patients with localized vitiligo admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected. The patients were divided into control group and study group by random number table method， 55 cases in each group. The control group was treated with narrow band ultraviolet B， and the study group was treated with narrow band ultraviolet B combined with CO2 lattice laser. The incidence of adverse reactions between two groups was compared， the scores of GQOLI-74 and the levels of GM-CSF， CD4+CD25+ Treg， CD8+， CD4+， CD4+/CD8+， IL-17， IFN-γ and TNF-α were compared between two groups before and after treatment.
