    [Abstract] Objective： To explore the application effect of high quality nursing in the process of anesthesia and recovery in operating room. Method： A total of 200 patients with operative treatment in The First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from February 2019 to February 2020 were selected， and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group， 100 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing， and the observation group was given high quality nursing. The total effective rate of anesthesia， degree of cooperation during induction period， sedation during recovery period， pain scores during recovery period， recovery time after anesthesia， PSQI score at 1 d after operation and satisfaction score at discharge were compared， and the incidence of complications was compared between two groups， and the heart rate， systolic and diastolic blood pressure before anesthesia and recovery period were compared between two groups.
