    [Abstract] Objective： To observe the influence of intensive nursing based on information on perioperative stress and negative emotion of patients in operating room. Method： A total of 100 patients received operative treatment in our hospital from April 2019 to April 2020 were selected， and they were divided into control group and observation group according to propensity scores， 50 cases in each group. The control group was given routine intensive nursing， and the observation group was given intensive nursing based on information. The operation-related indicators， the negative emotion changes (HAMA， HAMD scores) at admission and discharge， and stress indicators [adrenal cortex hormone (ATCH) and norepinephrine (NE)] at admission， before operation and on recovery period were compared between two groups.
