    [Abstract] Objective： To study the effect of early surgery combined with negative pressure comprehensive treatment of patients with perianal necrotizing fasciitis. Method： A total of 40 patients with perianal necrotizing fasciitis admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to January 2020 were selected. According to random number table method， the patients were divided into observation group and control group， 20 cases in each group. Both groups received early surgery， the observation group received negative pressure comprehensive treatment， and the control group received conventional surgical debridement and dressage change treatment. Inflammatory factors， clinical indicators， clinical efficacy and recurrence were compared between two groups.
