    [Abstract] Objective： To investigate the clinical effect and safety of posterolateral approach small incision hip replacement in the treatment of femoral head necrosis. Method： A total of 84 patients with femoral head necrosis who received hip replacement in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected， and they were divided into control group and study group according to the digital double-blind method， 42 patients in each group. The conventional posterolateral approach was used in the control group， while the posterolateral approach small incision was used in the study group. The pain scores， hip joint function scores， surgical and safety indicators were compared between two groups.
