    2 months and 3 months after surgery， the rate of adhesion recurrence of observation group were lower than those of control group， and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Before surgery， there were no statistically significant differences in endometrial blood flow type and endometrial spiral artery blood flow parameters between two groups (P>0.05).
