    [Abstract] Objective： To investigate the significance of the combined detection of serum dec-γ-carboxylic prothrombin (DCP)， chitosan enzyme 3-like protein 1 (CHI3L1) and alpha-fetoprotein (AFP) on improving the early diagnosis of hepatocellular carcinoma. Method： A total of 30 patients with early hepatocellular carcinoma admitted to our hospital from June 2014 to May 2016 were selected as hepatocellular carcinoma group， and 30 patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis were selected as cirrhosis group. During the same period， 30 healthy subjects who came to our hospital for physical examination were selected as healthy control group. AFP content was detected by electrochemiluminescence assay， DCP and CHI3L1 content were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay， the above indicators among three groups were compared.
