    [Abstract] Objective： To investigate the efficacy of Cytarabine combined with Decitabine in the treatment of acute myeloid leukemia and its effect on peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets. Method： A total of 70 patients with acute myeloid leukemia admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to December 2020 were selected， and they were randomly divided into control group and study group according to number table method， 35 patients in each group. The control group was treated with Mitoxantrone combined with Cytarabine， and the study group was treated with Cytarabine combined with Decitabine.
