    [Abstract] Objective： To observe the effect of Dapagliflozin Tablets combined with routine hypoglycemic on liver function and vascular endothelial function in young patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) complicated with liver disease. Method： A total of 108 young T2DM patients with liver disease admitted to our hospital from January to June 2020 were selected as the research objects. The patients were divided into routine hypoglycemic group and combined hypoglycemic group by envelope random number method， 54 patients in each group. The routine hypoglycemic group was given Metformin to control blood glucose， and the combined hypoglycemic group was given Dapagliflozin Tablets to control blood glucose on the basis of the routine hypoglycemic group ......
