    [Abstract] Objective： To compare the expression level of acute phase response protein in serum of children with different prognosis of community-acquired pneumonia. Method： A total of 144 children with community-acquired pneumonia treated in our hospital from August 2017 to May 2020 were selected as the research subjects. Serum levels of acute phase reactive protein [C-reactive protein (CRP)， haptoglobin (HP)， ceruloplasmin (CP)， α1-acidic glycoprotein (α1-AGP)] and conventional biochemical indexes were determined. According to the length of hospital stay ≤1 week， the children were divided into poor prognosis group (hospital stay >1 week) and good prognosis group (hospital stay ≤1 week)， the detection of the above indicators were compared between two groups.
