    [Abstract] Objective： To investigate the frailty status of hospitalized patients aged 70 years and above and analyze their influencing factors. Method： A total of 200 inpatients aged 70 years and above who visited the Department of Ganzhen in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Jinzhou Medical University from May to December 2019 were randomly selected as the subjects. FRAIL scale was used to assess weakness， daily life activity ability questionnaire (ADL) was used to investigate disability， general hospital anxiety depression scale (HADS) was used to evaluate anxiety and depression， MMSE was used to evaluate mental state， MNA-SF was used to assessed nutritional status， and binary logistic regression analysis analyzed the influencing factors of hospitalized patients aged 70 years and over.
