    [Abstract] Objective： To investigate the influence of storage and excretion of uterus， transmission and storage of intestine for endometrial receptive function caused by irregular menstruation. Method： A total of 80 patients with endometrial receptive function deficiency complicated with irregular menstruation and intestinal dysfunction from January to June 2020 were selected， and they were divided into control group and observation group according to the method of random number table， 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Zuogui Pill modified， and the observation group was treated with Shouhui Tongbian Capsule on the basis of control group. The endometrial thickness， endometrial blood flow parameters [peak flow velocity (PSV)， resistance index (RI) and pulse index (PI)]， TCM constitution evaluation results and serum progesterone and estradiol levels before treatment and 1 and 2 months after treatment were compared between two groups.
