    [Abstract] Objective： To explore the effect of biofeedback relaxation therapy on the expression of serum osteoprotegerin (OPG) and receptor activator of nuclear factor-κB ligand (RANKL) in patients with osteoarthritis. Method： A total of 114 patients with knee osteoarthritis who diagnosed and treated in the orthopedics department of our hospital from August 2017 to June 2020 were selected and divided into the study group and the control group according to the random number table method， 57 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine， and the study group was treated with biofeedback relaxation therapy based on the treatment of the control group.
