    [Abstract] Objective： To investigate the prevalence and influence factors of osteoporosis (OP) of female patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) and provide scientific basis for prevention of OP. Method： A total of 257 female patients with T2DM admitted to the Department of Endocrinology， Shenzhen Hospital of Peking University from December 2018 to December 2019 were selected， bone mineral density (BMD) was measured by dual energy X-ray bone mineral density instrument at the lumbar vertebrae L1-4， femur and femoral neck.
