    [Abstract] Objective： To investigate the value and clinical application of neutrophil in the early diagnosis of infectious neonatal sepsis. Method： A total of 60 NS children admitted to the NICU of our hospital from October 2017 to October 2020 were selected as the observation group， and 57 neonates with non-infectious diseases during the same period were selected as the control group. The neutrophil count and neutrophil percentage were compared between two groups after admission. The neutrophil count and neutrophil percentage in the observation group were compared before and after treatment， and the receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve was drawn to calculate the diagnostic efficacy of neutrophil count and neutrophil percentage on infectious NS.
