    【摘要】 目的：比较不同Child-Pugh分级肝硬化患者血清TBA、ChE及凝血四项水平。方法：选取2019年6-12月本院收治的不同Child-Pugh分级肝硬化患者300例作为研究组，选取同期健康体检者300例作为对照组。所有人员均接受血清TBA、ChE及凝血四项检测。比较两组及研究组不同Child-Pugh分级患者血清TBA、ChE及凝血四项水平。结果：研究组TBA、PT、APTT、TT均高于对照组，ChE、FIB均低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组A、B、C级患者ChE、FIB水平均逐渐降低，TBA、PT、APTT、TT水平均逐渐增高。三者比较，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：对不同Child-Pugh分级肝硬化患者进行血清TBA、ChE及凝血四项水平检验，可以判断肝硬化病情严重度，临床可推广。
