    【摘要】 加速康复外科(enhanced recovery after surgery，ERAS)的应用使膝关节置换(total knee arthroplasty，TKA)的手术风险得到较好的控制，提高了患者满意度;但ERAS在TKA围术期睡眠障碍、焦虑、恶心呕吐、便秘以及术后远期疼痛干预、关节功能康复等方面关注仍存在不足。本文通过查阅文献，结合临床工作中的实际应用，对TKA围术期加速康复的中医药(traditional Chinese medicine，TCM)干预研究进行综述，分析不足并提出对策与展望。
