    【摘要】 生姜一直是被广泛使用的天然药物之一，鲜姜中的主要功能成分姜酚，是一系列具有的酚酮官能团，烷基侧链连接不同的碳原子个数的同系物的统称。姜酚作为活性多样的天然药物，由于其安全、低毒的优势成为近几年关注的热点，尤其是其抗肿瘤活性获得了越来越多的关注。随着对姜酚药理作用的深入研究，已证实姜酚在抗肿瘤、抗炎、抗病毒、止呕等方面具有重要的应用价值。药理学研究表明，姜酚主要通过抑制肿瘤细胞增殖，诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡，调控基因和蛋白表达，调节信号通路，肿瘤细胞周期阻滞，受体抑制及其他等方面发挥抗肿瘤作用。为加强姜酚的抗肿瘤活性临床研究，扩大其应用前景，本文对近年来国内外姜酚相关文献进行了整理归纳，对其抗肿瘤机制的研究进展及其在临床上的应用做一综述。
