    【摘要】 卵圆孔未闭(patent foramen ovale，PFO)是成人最常见的心脏结构性病变，其在偏头痛(migraine)尤其是先兆性偏头痛中有较高的发生率，部分偏头痛患者在卵圆孔未闭封堵术后症状得到缓解。本研究就卵圆孔未闭与偏头痛的关系、可能的发生机制及封堵治疗的现状进行综述。

    [Abstract] Patent foramen ovale (PFO) is the most common cardiac structural lesion in adults， which has a high incidence in migraine， especially in migraine with aura. The symptoms of some migraine patients are relieved after the closure of patent foramen ovale. In this review， the relationship between patent foramen ovale and migraine， the possible mechanism of occurrence as well as the current status of closure would be described.
