    【摘要】 距骨颈骨折是一种罕见且易伴发严重并发症(如骨坏死和创伤性骨关节炎等)的损伤，为距骨颈骨折的治疗带来了挑战。因此，需对其独特的解剖特点、损伤机制以及骨折类型进行全面了解，以选择合适的手术时机和手术入路并予以正确治疗。本文针对距骨颈骨折治疗方式的演变，通过回顾文献，发现及时复位、延迟固定是保护软组织包膜和神经血管结构的标准治疗方式，且是安全有效的。
