    【摘要】 目的：探討中医骨伤推拿手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果。方法：选择本院2018年1月-2019年12月收治的60例腰椎间盘突出症患者作为研究对象。将60例患者随机分为牵引康复组(n=30)和骨伤推拿组(n=30)。牵引康复组采用腰椎牵引+康复训练治疗，骨伤推拿组在牵引康复组基础上增加中医骨伤推拿法治疗，对比两组治疗效果。结果：骨伤推拿组治疗后JOA评分(18.03±2.73)分与Prolo评分(8.49±1.03)分显著高于牵引康复组的(12.26±3.05)、(5.57±1.14)分(P<0.05)。骨伤推拿组治疗后VAS评分(1.53±0.69)分显著低于牵引康复组(2.21±0.58)分，生活质量评分(91.03±7.16)分显著高于牵引康复组(81.22±8.92)分(P<0.05)。骨伤推拿组总有效率(96.67%)显著高于牵引康复组(73.33%)(P<0.05)。骨伤推拿组复发次数与复发率均低于牵引康复组(P<0.05)。结论：中医骨伤推拿手法可进一步提升腰椎间盘突出症治疗效果，有效改善患者腰椎功能及生活质量，减轻患者疼痛感，有助于改善患者预后。
