    【摘要】 目的：探讨药棒循经推按联合红外线照射在中风偏瘫肢体功能康复中的应用效果。方法：选取2017年5月-2019年11月桂林市中医医院收治的中风偏瘫患者150例作为研究对象，按随机数字表法分为甲、乙组，每组75例，两组患者均给予常规治疗护理及药棒循经推按瘫肢，甲组同时增加红外线照射患肢。观察并比较两组治疗后的神经功能缺损程度(NIHSS)、改良Barthel指数及临床效果。结果：治疗2周后，甲组NIHSS评分、改良Barthel指数评分均优于乙组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);甲组总有效率为96.00%，优于乙组的86.67%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：药棒循经推按联合红外线照射能有效促进中风偏瘫肢体康复，改善瘫肢功能，提高患者日常生活活动能力。
