    【摘要】 目的：探讨司坦唑醇联合促性腺激素释放激素拟似物治疗对中枢性性早熟患儿生长速度的影响。方法：将2017年5月-2019年5月大连市妇女儿童医疗中心收治的86例中枢性性早熟患儿纳本次研究，依照随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=43)与观察组(n=43)。对照组给予促性腺激素释放激素拟似物联合生长激素治疗，观察组给予促性腺激素释放激素拟似物联合司坦唑醇治疗。比较两组乳房Tanner分期、阴毛分期、生长速度及预测成年身高情况。结果：治疗后，两组生长速度、预测成年身高较治疗前均升高，且观察组均高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后乳房Tanner分期、阴毛分期均优于对照组(P>0.05)。结论：司坦唑醇联合促性腺激素释放激素拟似物治疗中枢性性早熟，提升了患儿的生长速度。
