    【摘要】 目的：探讨超声乳腺影像报告与数据系统(BI-RADS)分类联合超声造影(CEUS)检查诊断乳腺肿瘤的价值。方法：选取2018年1月-2019年12月吉安市妇幼保健院、赣州市中医院收治的84例乳腺肿瘤患者，均行CEUS、超声检查，并实施BI-RADS分类。以病理检查结果为金标准，分析CEUS、超声BI-RADS分类与联合检查诊断乳腺肿瘤效果。结果：84例患者共检出病灶90个，其中43个(47.78%)良性病灶，恶性病灶47个(52.22%)。超声BI-RADS分类+CEUS诊断乳腺肿瘤的敏感度、阴性预测值和准确度均高于CEUS，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：超声BI-RADS分类联合CEUS检查能够准确鉴别乳腺肿瘤性质，具有高敏感度，可有效指导治疗。
