    【摘要】 目的：淺析正清风痛宁经皮给药联合关节痛消散外敷治疗类风湿性关节炎(RA)的效果。方法：纳入2019年1月-2021年1月阳江市中医医院综合风湿科门诊及病房收治的60例RA患者作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分组，其中30例为对照组，接受常规抗风湿、抗炎药物治疗;另30例为治疗组，在对照组治疗基础上加用正清风痛宁经皮给药联合关节痛消散外敷治疗。比较两组关节肿胀指数(SJS)评分、类风湿关节炎患者病情(DAS28评分)、血沉(ESR)、类风湿因子(RF)、C反应蛋白(CRP)与整体疗效。结果：两组治疗前SJS、DAS28评分及ESR、RF、CRP水平比较，差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组治疗后SJS、DAS28评分及ESR、RF、CRP水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：正清风痛宁经皮给药联合关节痛消散外敷治疗RA，可有效改善患者症状，整体疗效显著。
