    【摘要】 目的：探讨中药灌肠联合穴位贴敷及温灸护理在老年性肠梗阻患者中的应用效果。方法：选择2019年1月-2020年12月江西中医药大学附属医院收治的80例老年性肠梗阻患者作为研究对象。按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组，每组40例。对照组给予常规对症处理，观察组在对照组基础上给予中药灌肠联合穴位贴敷及温灸护理。比较两组干预前后临床症状积分、康复相关指标及患者满意度。结果：两组干预前临床症状积分比较，差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组干预后腹胀腹痛、排气排便、恶心呕吐、口干口苦症状积分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组腹胀腹痛消失、肠鸣音恢复、肛门排气及住院时间均短于对照组，患者总满意度高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：中药灌肠联合穴位贴敷及温灸护理可加快老年性肠梗阻患者临床症狀改善，提高患者满意度，值得临床借鉴。
