氧化应激与糖尿病周围神经病变的机制研究进展

[Abstract] Diabetic peripheral neuropathy is one of the main complications of diabetes, with nerve damage as the main pathological change, and its pathogenesis is closely related to oxidative stress response. Based on the research results of recent years, the mechanism of oxidative stress in diabetic peripheral neuropathy is summarized.

糖尿病周围神经病变(diabetic peripheral neuropathy,DPN)是糖尿病主要并发症之一。近30年来,我国糖尿病患病人数还在逐年增长,以老年人居多。确诊糖尿病后,随着年龄增长,10年内患者出现糖尿病周围神经病变率高达30%[1]。临床上常见的糖尿病周围神经病变症状有感觉障碍和肢体改变。感觉障碍表现为肢端出现麻木、疼痛、袜套样感觉、烧灼感等[2-3] ......
