    【摘要】 足踇外翻是足部常见的一种畸形，常为两侧对称性，多好发于女性，男女比例约为1∶15。足踇外翻畸形的发生主要有内因和外因两大因素，治疗包括非手术治疗和手术治疗。随着医疗技术的不断提高以及医疗设备的不断更新，更多安全微创的新技术逐渐应用于足踇外翻的治疗。

    [Abstract] Hallux valgus is a common deformity of the foot， usually bilateral symmetry， and most commonly occurs in women， with a male to female ratio of about 1∶15. The occurrence of hallux valus deformity is mainly due to internal and external factors， and treatment includes non-surgical treatment and surgical treatment. With the continuous improvement of medical technology and updating of medical equipment， more safe minimally invasive technologies are gradually applied to the treatment of hallux valus.
