    【摘要】 目的：探究虚拟仿真技术在中医辨证施护实践教学中的应用效果。方法：选取2020年

    3月-2021年2月江西中医药大学附属医院护理人员80名，按照随机数字表法分为两组，每组40名。其中采用常规理论讲课和示教室情景模拟训练等常规方法进行培训作为对照组，采用中医辨证施护虚拟仿真技术进行培训作为观察组。观察干预前后两组中医护理认知水平、中医辨证施护能力和考核成绩。结果：干预后，两组中医护理认知水平、中医辨证施护能力和考核成绩较干预前均提高，且观察组均高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：虚拟仿真技术应用于中医辨证施护实践教学中，能显著提高护理人员中医护理认知水平、中医辨证施护能力和考核成绩。
