    【摘要】 血管生成素样蛋白4(angiopoietin-like 4，Angptl4)是血管生成素蛋白家族中的一员，是一种分泌型蛋白，最初是在2000年由三个独立的研究小组发现。最近的研究证实了Angptl4可调节肿瘤的发生、血管生成、血管通透性、葡萄糖稳态、脂代谢、细胞分化、炎症和氧化还原等过程。同时，鉴于Angptl4与糖尿病肾病(diabetic kidney disease，DKD)的关联性，将对其生物作用以及对DKD的影响进行综述。

    [Abstract] Angiopoietin-like 4 (Angptl4)，a secreted protein， is a member of the Angiopoietin-like family.It was first discovered by three independent research groups in 2000.Recent studies have confirmed that Angplt4 can regulate tumor genesis， angiogenesis， vascular permeability， glucose homeostasis， lipid metabolism， cell differentiation， inflammation， and redox.Meanwhile， in view of the association between Angptl4 and diabetic kidney disease (DKD)， the biological effects of Angptl4 and its influence on DKD will be reviewed.
