    【摘要】 近年来通过步态分析对不同阶段膝关节前交叉韧带损伤患者步态障碍进行精确定量评估受到国内外学者广泛关注。步态分析能够客观定量评估行走过程中的运动学及动力学参数，并分析步态障碍形成机制，从而指导临床治疗及损伤后康复，提高治疗效果。本文就步态分析在前交叉韧带损伤中的应用做一综述，旨在为临床及研究提供参考。

    [Abstract] In recent years， accurate and quantitative assessment of gait disorders in patients with anterior cruciate ligament injury of knee joint at different stages by gait analysis has been widely concerned by scholars at home and abroad. Gait analysis can objectively and quantitatively evaluate the kinematic and dynamic parameters of walking process， and analyze the formation mechanism of gait disorders， so as to guide clinical treatment and rehabilitation after injury， and improve the therapeutic effect. This article reviews the application of gait analysis in anterior cruciate ligament injury， in order to provide reference for clinical and research.
