    【摘要】 目的：探究超声引导泡沫硬化联合腔内射频闭合术治疗临床-病因-解剖-病理生理分级(CEAP)4级下肢静脉曲张的效果及对疼痛应激反应、血流动力学的影响。方法：随机将辽宁省健康产业集团阜新矿总医院于2019年12月-2020年12月收治的82例CEAP 4级下肢静脉曲张患者分为参照组(n=41)和病例组(n=41)。参照组行大隐静脉高位结扎术联合剔剝术治疗，病例组行超声引导泡沫硬化联合腔内射频闭合术治疗，对比两组治疗效果、疼痛应激反应、血流动力学。结果：病例组治疗总有效率为95.12%，高于参照组的78.05%(P<0.05);病例组术后12 h视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、缓激肽(BK)、P物质(SP)水平均低于参照组(P<0.05);术后12 h，病例组平均动脉压(MAP)、心率均较参照组低，血氧饱和度(SpO2)较参照组高(P<0.05)。结论：CEAP 4级下肢静脉曲张患者采用超声引导泡沫硬化联合腔内射频闭合术治疗可改善症状，减轻疼痛应激，且对血流动力学影响较小，具有临床推广实效性。
