急性低氧肺损伤与NO、eNOS相关性研究进展

    【摘要】 急性肺损伤(ALI)作为呼吸系统疾病,可引起肺部的严重炎症。NO作为人体重要的信使分子,对炎症具有调节作用,而NO的产生离不开eNOS的催化作用。本文就近年来有关NO、eNOS功能及其与急性肺损伤相关性文章作一综述,为急性肺损伤基础研究及临床诊治与预防提供新的思路与参考。

    [Abstract] Acute lung injury (ALI), as a respiratory disease, can cause severe lung inflammation. As an important messenger molecule in human body, NO plays a regulatory role in inflammation, and the production of NO is inseparable from the catalytic effect of eNOS. This paper reviews the articles on the function of NO, eNOS and their correlation with acute lung injury in recent years, so as to provide new ideas and references for the basic research, clinical diagnosis, treatment and prevention of acute lung injury.
