    【摘要】 目的：研究揉髕手法联合热敏灸治疗绝经后膝骨关节炎患者的临床效果及对血清白介素-1β(IL-1β)水平的影响。方法：选取2020年1月-2021年7月永修县中医院骨伤科收治的60例膝骨关节炎患者，采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=30)和观察组(n=30)，对照组采用玻璃酸钠注射液治疗，观察组使用揉髌手法联合热敏灸治疗。比较两组治疗后临床效果，治疗前后西安大略和麦克马斯特大学(WOMAC)骨关节炎指数评分及血清IL-1β水平。结果：观察组的临床总有效率为93.33%，高于对照组的73.33%(P<0.05);与治疗前相比，治疗4周后和治疗后2个月两组膝关节疼痛、僵硬、关节功能评分、WOMAC总积分及血清IL-1β水平均降低(P<0.01)，且观察组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：揉髌手法联合热敏灸可缓解绝经后膝骨关节炎患者临床症状，改善患者的膝关节功能，降低血清炎症因子水平，值得临床推广应用。
