    【摘要】 目的：探讨复方斑蝥胶囊联合化疗治疗乳腺癌患者的效果及其對免疫功能和肿瘤标志物的影响。方法：选择2020年1月-2021年6月就诊于新余北湖医院的88例乳腺癌患者，按随机数字表法将其分为治疗组和对照组，各44例。对照组行常规化疗治疗，治疗组在对照组的基础上使用复方斑蝥胶囊治疗。比较两组临床疗效、免疫功能、肿瘤标志物和化疗药物毒副作用分级情况。结果：治疗组治疗总有效率、CD4+/CD8+、CD4+均高于对照组，而CD8+、癌抗原(CA)153、CA125均低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组白细胞减少、消化道反应分级优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)，两组血小板降低分级比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论：乳腺癌接受复方斑蝥胶囊联合化疗治疗能够降低肿瘤标志物水平，减轻化疗药物毒副作用，增强机体免疫功能。
