    【摘要】 慢性创面具有病因复杂、治疗难度大、致残率及病死率高等特点，中医药治疗方案具有疗效确切、安全可靠等优点。尤其是祛腐中药在治疗过程中发挥重要作用。外用膏剂及洗剂可局部针对性给药、副作用小、祛腐生肌作用明显的优点，其作用机理可能与增强机体及局部巨噬细胞溶酶体活性、加强创面免疫细胞活性细胞氧代谢、改善创面微循环、调节创面pH值调节创面P物质代谢、调控cAMP信号通路、调控PPAR信号通路等诸多途径有关。
