    【摘要】 自2012年美国麻醉师协会(American society of anesthesiologist，ASA)更新了《围手术期急性疼痛管理临床实践指南》，对疼痛管理方法提出指导意见，要求麻醉医生采用多模式镇痛的疼痛管理对患者进行围术期治疗，其目的是为了促进伤口早期愈合，减少术后并发症，患者可以尽早出院，大大减轻患者心理和经济上的负担，这是医患双方共同的愿望。本文将阐述伤口愈合的机制，从麻醉方面分析对术后伤口愈合的影响，通过掌握多模式镇痛的麻醉方法和手术创伤的病理生理变化规律，减轻患者的疼痛、预防围术期应激反应，达到调控机体内环境稳定和加快术后康复的目的，为临床医生提供更好的围术期管理。
