    【摘要】 近年来癌症的发病率和死亡率呈上升趋势。持久的抗癌过程给患者及整个家庭带来了挑战，甚至影响家庭的稳定性。家庭弹性作为家庭应对危机的有利因素，能够影响家庭成员对癌症的调整和适应能力，对其心理健康产生有益影响，因此需准确评估癌症患者的家庭弹性水平，并促进其调适以提高其生活质量。本文综述了癌症患者家庭弹性的概念、相关测评工具、影响因素和干预措施，并针对我国当前对癌症患者家庭弹性研究的不足提出一些展望，旨在提高医护人员对癌症患者家庭弹性的认识，为后续相关研究和制定适合的干预方案提供参考。
