    【摘要】 目的：分析手法复位联合关节腔内注射药物对颞下颌关节盘不可复性移位(ADDWoR)的治疗效果。方法：选取2021年9-12月赣州市第五人民医院收治的62例颞下颌关节盘不可复性移位患者，根据治疗方法的不同分为对照组(n=32)和观察组(n=30)。对照组给予关节腔内注射药物治疗，观察组给予手法复位联合关节腔内注射藥物治疗。比较两组疗效和治疗前后最大主动开口度(MMO)、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、下颌功能限制评估量表(JFLS)评分、Fricton指数。结果：观察组治疗有效28例(93.3%)，多于对照组的23例(71.9%)(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后MMO大于对照组，且治疗中、治疗后VAS评分均低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后JFLS评分、Fricton指数均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：手法复位联合关节腔内注射药物治疗ADDWoR效果明显，可减轻患者的疼痛，增加MMO，缓解临床症状，并有效改善下颌功能。
