    【摘要】 目的：探討在中风后痉挛性瘫痪患者中施以热敏灸疗法联合穴位按摩的效果。方法：纳入2018年7月-2021年7月江西中医药大学附属医院收治的88例中风后痉挛性瘫痪患者，采用随机数字表法分为两组，每组44例。对照组采用抗痉挛手法，观察组加用热敏灸疗法联合穴位按摩，两组均连续干预8周。比较两组干预前、干预8周后肌张力、神经功能、运动功能、日常生活能力及生活质量。结果：观察组干预8周后肌张力评级优于对照组(P<0.05)。干预8周后，两组NIHSS评分均低于干预前，FAM评分、Barthel指数均高于干预前，且观察组均优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预8周后，两组手功能状况、力量状况、记忆交流能力、行动能力评分均高于干预前，且观察组均高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：中风后痉挛性瘫痪患者应用热敏灸疗法联合穴位按摩，可促进肌张力、神经功能恢复，改善运动功能，提高日常生活能力和生活质量。
