    【摘要】 目的：探讨养阴解郁疏肝汤辅助治疗围绝经期综合征(MPS)(肾虚肝郁型)患者的临床效果。方法：采用随机数字表法将2019年4月-2021年4月于北大医疗鲁中医院中医康复医学科治疗的78例MPS(肾虚肝郁型)患者分为观察组(n=39)与对照组(n=39)。对照组给予戊酸雌二醇+醋酸甲羟孕酮治疗，观察组给予戊酸雌二醇+醋酸甲羟孕酮+养阴解郁疏肝汤治療。记录两组临床疗效，观察治疗前后两组中医症候积分、激素水平、免疫功能及生活质量水平变化情况。结果：观察组临床总有效率为94.87%，高于对照组的79.49%(P<0.05)。治疗3个月后，两组中医症候积分、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、促黄体生成激素(LH)、CD8+水平及绝经期生活质量量表(MENQOL)评分均低于治疗前，观察组均低于对照组(P<0.05);两组雌二醇(E2)、CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+水平均高于治疗前，观察组均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：对肾虚肝郁型MPS患者采用养阴解郁疏肝汤辅助治疗效果显著，能调节激素水平，增强免疫功能，改善生活质量。
