    【摘要】 在中国，糖尿病患者数量远高于其他国家，它的并发症是致盲、致残和生活质量下降的主要原因。目前我国采取多种防治策略，但糖尿病健康教育作为糖尿病防治的基石，其模式在糖尿病防治效果中起关键作用。本文概述了从20世纪初至今提出且运用较多的糖尿病教育模式，主要阐述各模式的发展历史、具体操作方法、运用进展及优缺点;在当今科技、文化的因素下，各种模式共同运用或许能取得重大成效，但目前相关探索尚缺。本文就目前我国糖尿病教育模式运用的现状进行综述。

    [Abstract] In China， the number of diabetes mellitus patients is much higher than other countries， and its complications are the main causes of blindness， disability and declining quality of life. At present， China’s adopts a variety of prevention or treatment strategies， but diabetes mellitus health education is the cornerstone of diabetes mellitus prevention and treatment， it plays a key role in the effect of diabetes mellitus prevention and control.
